Is this Government Putting American’s at Risk by it’s Ignoring Terror Watch Violations?

We had a real Christmas miracle with the safe landing of Flight 253 on Christmas Day in Detroit, no thanks to our Terror Watch List. Two hundred and eighty nine souls are still alive on this earth, thanks to the heroic act of one, as yet, unidentified passenger. A young man, Umar Abdulmutallab, who's only thoughts, seemed to be to end those very lives including his own, still lives. Secretary Janet Napolitano, Homeland Security, assures us that this was an isolated incident, just one lone 23 year old man with high explosives hidden in a syringe in his underwear. We are being told, "Nothing to see here, move along".

The terrorist, excuse me, I mean alleged terrorist, is in custody with something called "serious charges" filed against him. He has a court appointed attorney paid for by the taxpayers. He was arrested and will be sent to a Federal prison again at taxpayer expense. No Gitmo or torture for this man to ferret out the truth. No military in-depth probing to get to the bottom of this man's desire to end American lives. (All puns intended) The Christmas miracle continues.

Some reports are calling this wishful murderer a boy. A rumpled young man not very well dressed but able to afford the $2,400 ticket to fly to the USA. Remember he acted alone according to the Homeland Security Secretary. Problem is, two Detroit Lawyers, Lori and Kurt Haskell, also on the flight, saw the young man being assisted by a very well dressed, middle aged man in Amsterdam. He was attempting to get Abdulmutallab on board the plane without a passport. What aren't we being told?

All the American newspapers are buying the Government line of the single bomber, oops, bomber-wanna-be story. It makes their job much easier. No pesky overseas phone calls to defend on your expense report. No facts to verify.

To get an idea of what may really be going on we have to turn to the United Kingdom's Sun newspaper. The paper is talking about a group of twenty-five Muslim men that the British government has been following. They were mostly students traveling to Yemen's terrorist camps but due to return to Great Britain early in 2010. If British Intelligence knows this information then you can be sure American Intelligence knows about these camps and the people in them.

Umar Abdulmutallab may have been one of the twenty five Terrorist-to-Bes. He was on a secondary terror watch list but didn't appear on U.S. Airline's No-Fly list. The question is why not? His parents alerted U.S. Authorities six months ago that their son was being radicalized by zealot Imams in Yemen. He was placed on the secondary list only last month.

Many questions remain about why the U.S. Government continues to cover up these incidents. There was a second non-incident, incident this weekend on the same Fight 253 as it was departing Detroit to fly back to Amsterdam. A Muslim man locked himself inside the bathroom for more than an hour. No problem he was just ill from food poisoning. "Nothing to see here, move along".
