It’s Time to Audit the Federal Reserve and Government-Created TARP Banks.  NOW!

Why aren't Americans angry, and yelling at the top of their lungs, about today's financial news that the Federal Reserve Bank profited $45 Billion Dollars from the economy? This, taken from us, the taxpayers, who are suffering the worst economic times America has seen since the Great Depression. Why aren't all of us demanding to know why the major banks that eagerly took our money from the government's believed economic solution, TARP, are now reaping huge financial rewards? Why should record salaries and bonuses be paid in this recession--some may even say depression--to the bank executives?

It is time to audit the Fed. It is time to audit all the banks that took our TARP money. As taxpayers, we have the right to know where the wealth and life blood of our country has gone. It certainly is not forthcoming to small businesses or to any of us, the productive wheels of our country. Why aren't we demanding answers at this historic time when the American people are suffering from joblessness, foreclosures, a devalued dollar, and out-of-control government spending? Let's also not ignore the answers or accountability lacking that created, or helped create, these very economic adversities--the out-and-out thievery, graft, and corruption of our elected officials.

Why has the profit of the Federal Reserve more than DOUBLED since the Democrats took control of our government in 2006? Americans, to remain a free people, must demand answers to all these questions, and compel rule-of-law accountability. Stand Up! Demand Accountability! Demand the Federal Reserve and the "Government" banks be audited!
